Well,It depends on where you practice? Off course the factors to be considered must include 1-the amount of time knowledge and skills yo had to use for a particular case. 2- The set up in your clininc like simple consultation/+dispensing/+investigation etc.
3- The affordability of the patient is also a factor to be considered. The amount of rs.200 found reasonable in a town may be double the amount payable by a poor farmer...
